After validating the form, you will receive a confirmation email from Revoq Withdrawal <confirmation@consumer-withdrawal.eu>. Don't panic, this is not spam: it is the confirmation message sent by the provider we use to manage withdrawal requests.
As soon as your exchange or return request is registered, we will send you the return label by email.
Print and affix this label to the package of the product to be returned, ensuring it is in its original condition.
Then, drop off your package at the post office of your choice.
After receipt and verification of the package, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 7 days. A confirmation email will then be sent to you.
